[about just another photoblog]
This photoblog started in the summer of 2004. This was never a profoundly thought out project, I had just collected a small number of photographs that I wanted to show to other people, hoping somebody would offer me tips or comments on how to improve. To my own surprise, I managed to keep posting images, so when the free web space my provider offers ran out, I decided to move this blog to it's own domain. I'm now moving all pictures to this new incarnation of this blog. I really regret not being able to import the comments I got, because they were very motivating, and I appreciated them a lot.

I use the original posting dates, which show my blog has always had a modest tempo. I don't manage to post something new every day, or every week. This will probably not change with this relaunch, but I do intend to post more frequently than I managed the last few months.

Originally, I only posted black and white pictures. I only used analog equipment and because I liked to develop my own films, I mainly shot black and white. Even though I appreciate black and white photography a lot, this was at times limiting. Now that I finally decided to get a digital camera I plan to post colour images too. But I fully intend to keep using my analog camera, as I really enjoy analog work.
